Hubei Province officially launched the "Qianfan Plan" in Wuhan on March 26, 2025, which is a special plan to promote the green and intelligent transformation of inland ships. The plan sets a clear goal: by 2030, complete the construction, transformation and renewal of 1000 new energy ships, open up more than 10 green demonstration routes, and realize the independent control of core technologies, so as to promote the fission development of the whole industry. The specific measures of the plan include: integrating universities and scientific research institutes to form an innovative consortium to tackle key problems in the "three electricity" core technology of ships; Forming a batch construction capacity with an annual output of not less than 100 new energy ships; Building a new energy ship operation "Hubei team" and planning Wuhan cruise ship home port and intercity "zero carbon freight" route; At the same time, we will speed up the layout of charging and exchanging power stations along the Yangtze River and Hanjiang River to achieve full coverage of new energy supply facilities in the core port area, to solve the ship's "endurance anxiety".
