Yantai Port has implemented an integrated supply chain framework—linking domestic logistics, ocean shipping, and Djibouti transshipment—cutting logistics costs by 30% and increasing operational efficiency by 24.8% through digital innovations such as smart logistics and intelligent cargo management. Currently, Yantai Port operates 36 international cargo routes, actively supporting China's manufacturing industry and the Belt and Road Initiative.
