On the evening of March 30, Sinotrans Limited (referred to as "Sinotrans") disclosed its 2025 annual report. The annual report shows that the company's operating revenue was 96.81 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 8.3%; net profit attributable to shareholders was 4.02 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.7%; net profit attributable to shareholders excluding non-recurring items was 1.68 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 46.9%; net operating cash flow was 3.086 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 24.9%.
Sinotrans mentioned in its 2025 annual report that there were changes in its business operations in areas such as contract logistics, ocean freight forwarding, and overseas business. Contract logistics business volume grew, especially demonstrating strong solution capabilities in industries such as consumer goods, automotive, and new energy. In ocean freight forwarding, although market freight rates were under pressure, overall business volume remained stable. Overseas business revenue increased year-on-year, with particularly outstanding profit performance in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
