The whole process automation upgrading project of the loading and unloading system of the Nansha Grain General Terminal in Guangzhou Port has passed the special pilot acceptance of the transportation power organized by the Ministry of Transport. The project focuses on the field of grain loading and unloading, and takes "single machine automation and multi machine cooperation" as the idea, and has completed the automatic localization transformation of full berth loading and unloading equipment. It is the first wharf in China to realize the full process, full automation and intelligent operation of specialized bulk grain. Through the integrated construction scheme, the project covers the front-end equipment, power facilities and operation management system of the wharf, and increases the annual capacity of berths from 4 million tons to 4.5 million tons. Its innovations include the first fully automated collaborative operation of multi-type ship unloading equipment in the bulk grain field in the mainland, increasing overall production efficiency by 20%, reducing labor costs by about 79%, equipment attendance by 98.4, and significantly reducing operational risks. In addition, relying on digital twin technology, the project independently developed an intelligent management system, opened up the whole process data link, realized the overall coordination and intelligent control of production factors, and provided a replicable "Guangzhou experience" for the intelligent transformation of the port ".
