The third anniversary of the operation of the China-Europe Express (Shenyang) Assembly Center has achieved remarkable results. The total number of round-trip trains has exceeded 2300, transporting more than 220000 standard boxes of goods, and serving more than 2000 domestic and foreign enterprises. As the only national-level China-Europe train assembly hub in the northeast region, the center has improved customs clearance efficiency by more than 50% through the independently developed railway logistics information platform and the embedding of customs rules into the operation process, and implemented the operation principle of "giving priority to transportation, air distribution, loading and transportation. Its source of goods has expanded from the Northeast to Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and other places. Relying on the "1 6 10 N" collection and distribution system, it has achieved full coverage of the "three channels and six ports" through Manzhouli, Suifenhe and other ports. The network has access to more than 50 cities in more than 20 countries in Europe, and the types of goods carried have exceeded 5000. In addition, the center has strengthened the carriage of goods in the Northeast through the multimodal transport alliance (accounting for nearly 70% of the value of goods), and has opened up a new fast-track route to the Greater Bay Area and Russia. Efficient logistics has attracted the agglomeration of cross-border e-commerce, new energy auto parts and other industries, promoted the development of new business type such as "train + cold chain", effectively reduced regional logistics costs, and promoted the development of high-quality agricultural products and international transit trade in Northeast China. Since the beginning of this year, the number of trains operating has increased by 170 year-on-year, showing a strong growth momentum.
