IBILYDD Attends the China-Thailand Digital Economy Summit Forum in Thailand to Deepen Southeast Asia Cooperation Through Cross-Border Expansion

This year marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand. To further deepen exchanges and cooperation in the field of digital and platform economy and to help Chinese enterprises go global, the China Information Association organized the "2025 China-Thailand Digital Economy Cooperation Study Tour" which will visit Thailand for inspection and exchange.

The "2025 China-Thailand Digital Economy Summit Forum" was held in Bangkok, Thailand, as an important part of the series of celebrations for the 50th anniversary of China-Thailand diplomatic relations. The forum was supported and organized by the digital economy authorities and related institutions of both countries, aiming to deepen regional digital connectivity and industrial collaborative development. LYDD was invited to participate in the "2025 China-Thailand Digital Economy Summit Forum" and related industrial matching and business inspection activities held on November 19th.

The forum attracted representatives from the digital and communication authorities, digital application departments, international organizations, enterprises, and associations from China, Thailand, and other South and Southeast Asian countries, jointly promoting high-level, broad-field, multi-tiered digital exchanges and cooperation.

As early as 2024, LYDD began laying out its plans in the Thai market. Last September, LYDD officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Rubber Authority of Thailand.

At the 2024 IBI Multiple 99 Chain Business Festival, Counselor Chen Jinsheng from the Thai Embassy in China expressed high appreciation for IBI's achievements in digital economic development and business operation models and hoped that this exchange would serve as an opportunity to fully leverage the role of enterprises from both countries in cross-border transactions and bilateral cooperation.

Phak Leuthongpon, Chairman of the Board of the Rubber Authority of Thailand, also stated, "Thailand has abundant natural resources and high-quality agricultural products. The development of the industrial internet and digital technology provides an excellent avenue for cross-border cooperation, achieving true mutual benefit and win-win." Last September, a business delegation from LYDD and the Rubber Authority of Thailand visited Qingzhou City, Shandong Province. During the visit, the delegation held in-depth discussions with the Qilu Business Department of China National Foreign Trade Transportation Group. The parties agreed on the import of Thai agricultural products, the export of Chinese agricultural supplies and machinery, and the joint establishment of a Thailand overseas warehouse field, signing a strategic cooperation agreement.

Zhao Yingjie, Assistant to the CEO/Director of Foreign Investment at LYDD, stated during the speech session that expanding cross-border business in the Southeast Asian region is not just about simple goods trade but also about building a complete industrial chain ecosystem. The company's cross-border e-commerce business is globally deployed with broad market prospects. With the deepening of China-Thailand digital economy cooperation, LYDD, leveraging its already established cross-border business network, is expected to play a more significant role in jointly building the Digital Silk Road. The application scenarios where Chinese digital technology combines with the characteristics of the Southeast Asian market are being enriched continuously. LYDD's layout in Thailand has become an important part of China-Thailand digital economy cooperation, providing more practical cases for the joint construction of the "Digital Silk Road."

After the meeting, Chamaiporn Chuecharoen, Honorary President of the Asia International Trade and Investment Chamber, presented an "Exemplary China-Thailand Digital Economy Enterprise" honorary certificate to LYDD as the award presenter. Zhang Li, Vice President of LYDD's Strategic Development Department, went on stage to accept the award on behalf of the company.
