Suining Vice Mayor Xu Wenqiang and CPPCC Vice Chair Xia Hairong Visit Guolian Co., Ltd.’s Boduoduo

On June 22, 2026, a delegation led by Xu Wenqiang, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Mayor of Suining Municipal Government, and Xia Hairong, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chair of the Suining Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), visited Guolian Co., Ltd. The delegation was warmly received by Zhao Yan, Vice President of Guolian Co., Ltd. and CEO of Boduoduo, and Liu Haitao, Vice President of Industrial Development Department and Senior Vice President of Boduoduo. The two sides held in-depth discussions on topics including industrial chain collaborative innovation, regional specialty industry cooperation, and smart logistics and warehousing deployment.

During the visit, the delegation first toured Guolian’s Digital Exhibition Hall, gaining detailed insights into the company’s and its “Duoduo” platforms’ deep-rooted presence across vertical sectors such as industrial internet, digital supply chains, digital factories, and cross-border e-commerce for industrial clusters.

Vice President Zhao Yan extended a warm welcome to the Suining delegation and outlined Guolian Co., Ltd. and Boduoduo’s overall development strategy. He noted, “Guolian has been deeply engaged in the industrial internet sector for years. Leveraging the Boduoduo vertical platform, we have built a comprehensive digital service system covering the entire upstream and downstream glass industry chain, accumulating proven, practical experience in cultivating industrial clusters, co-building regional logistics and warehousing hubs, expanding production-sales channels, and driving the digital upgrade of traditional manufacturing. Suining boasts a solid industrial foundation and strong locational and logistics advantages, offering vast potential for collaboration. Vice Mayor Xu Wenqiang shared Suining’s current industrial landscape and transformation roadmap. He emphasized that Suining is accelerating the digital transformation of traditional industries and scaling up its specialty manufacturing clusters, creating an urgent need for leading industrial internet platforms to address local gaps in industrial digitization, warehousing and distribution, and market expansion. Suining will continue to optimize its business environment and roll out supportive industrial policies. He expressed eagerness to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism with Guolian’s Boduoduo, introducing the platform’s mature digital operation systems and launching tangible projects in warehousing and distribution, industrial investment promotion, and production-sales matchmaking. By harnessing digital platforms to open domestic and international sales channels, Suining aims to unlock new momentum for local industrial growth.

Vice Chair Xia Hairong elaborated on Suining’s industrial support initiatives and voiced a strong willingness to deepen alignment and deliver substantive cooperative projects. Yan Jiang, General Manager of Suining Tianyi Investment Group, exchanged views on local industrial investment and industrial park operations, expressing hopes of collaborating with Boduoduo to create a regional model project for specialty industry digitization.

The meeting yielded multiple consensuses. Both parties agreed to establish a regular communication and coordination mechanism and advance cooperation initiatives step by step—including industrial chain collaboration, smart logistics and warehousing, and a regional industrial digital service center. Moving forward, the two sides will pool government and enterprise resources to empower the transformation and upgrading of Suining’s real economy with industrial internet capabilities, jointly exploring high-quality development pathways that deeply integrate the digital and real economies, achieving mutual benefit through resource sharing.
